Summary
Refunds are simple: you get back the cost of every class you haven’t taken. Classes you’ve already taken aren’t refunded. The Score Program also has a money-back policy that applies as long as the 30-minute daily homework rule is kept.
Single classes and packs
- If you stop, we refund every class you haven’t taken, at the per-class price you paid ($35 for single classes and 5-packs, $33.50 for 10-packs).
- Example: you bought 10 classes for $335 and took 4. You get 6 × $33.50 = $201 back.
- Classes already taken aren’t refundable.
Score Program money-back policy
When you join the Score Program, APX and the family agree on a target score in writing, based on a diagnostic test. You may request a refund of [the full $2,800 / an amount you decide] if the student does not reach the target score, as long as all of these are true:
- The 30-minute rule was kept: the student completed 30 to 60 minutes of assigned homework every day, as recorded by APX. [allowed missed days, if any]
- The student attended the scheduled sessions [e.g. at least 90%], with no unexcused no-shows.
- The student took an official SAT within [date or number of weeks] of starting the program.
- You send us the official score report within [e.g. 30 days] of receiving it.
When the policy doesn’t apply
The money-back policy no longer applies if the homework rule is broken, if sessions are missed without notice, if the family stops the program early, or if the official test isn’t taken in the agreed window.
How to request a refund
Email [contact email] with the student’s name, the plan purchased and (for the Score Program) the official score report. We reply within [e.g. 5 business days], and approved refunds go back to the original payment method within [e.g. 10 business days].
